Every diet is extremely unique for all individuals. For some, higher carbohydrate diets are what work best, but for today I will discuss High Protein Diet Plans.
As I have previously stated, one’s caloric intake should consist of approximately 10%-35% coming from protein. When consuming a higher protein diet, we can increase that percentage by about 10%. When formulating such a diet plan, one must ensure that they are consuming an adequate amount of fruits and vegetables to ensure a balanced diet consisting of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and fibre.

Chicken breast with rice and basil dressing. This is actually my new favorite meal. And it’s good as a post workout meal.

Put 1-2 chicken breasts in the frying pan, with very little butter just so the chicken doesn’t get stuck. You can use water for this too.
