I basically keep my fridge stocked the same food, week in week out. There are some slight variations form time to time, but it stay’s pretty much the same foods and down to the essentials. I make my healthy meal plans based on what is in my fridge.

Healthy meal plans.
Ok.. so if you’re looking to shed a few extra pounds, you have probably heard about a number of diets. There is the cabbage soup diet, low carb/high fat, high protein/low carb. Regardless of what you have heard or tried, there will be a success… whether its long term or not, is extremely questionable. The most important thing about a healthy diet is balance. Our bodies need a balance of all of the macronutrients, these are Carbohydrates, Proteins, and Fats. These are all nutrients that the human body needs in order to function at an optimal level.

Ok, breakfast. The most important meal of the day. Can’t stress that enough. Always put it on the top of your healthy meal plans. Because it sets the tone for the day. Not only for your health, but for your psychology.
